What you share

The free workflow check runs in your browser. Its answers are sent to us only when you submit an inquiry. Inquiries collect your name, email, company, optional website, selected service, message and any answers you choose to attach.

How we use it

We use this information to respond and discuss a possible engagement. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Hosting and email

Inquiries are stored in a private server directory and sent to our business inbox using our hosting provider’s email service. HostGator processes hosting requests and email. The site uses a session cookie for form protection; it has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Technical logs may be retained by our host.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry details while reviewing and following up on the request. Contact us to request access or deletion. Records retained for a subsequent engagement are handled under its agreed terms.

What to leave out

Do not submit passwords, confidential documents, customer records, account information or sensitive personal information. Any project-data access is agreed separately.
